SWISS CHEESE FRENCH BREAD 
8 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
1/2 lb. soft butter
Garlic salt
Celery seed (don't overdue)
1 loaf of French bread

Trim top off loaf of bread so it is flat. Cut through middle of length of bread and then in slices but do NOT cut all the way through. Mix 8 ounces grated Swiss cheese, 1/2 pound soft butter, garlic salt and celery seed to taste. Spread in between all the slices. Wrap in foil. Use large amount of foil. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove top of foil and bake another 5 to 7 minutes. Finish cutting through slices before serving.
