SWISS-CHEESE FRENCH BREAD 
1 loaf French bread, sliced into 16 slices
8 slices Swiss cheese, cut diagonally

ICING:

1 stick butter
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 heaping tbsp. poppy seed
1/4 c. chopped green onion
4 slices raw bacon, chopped

Do not cut completely through the bread. Place a triangle of cheese between each slice. Completely "frost" the bread with the icing, then sprinkle the bacon on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
