PUMPKIN CAKE BARS 
4 eggs, well beaten
2 c. cooked pumpkin
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 yellow cake mix
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. pecans, chopped

Mix eggs, pumpkin, sugar, salt, ginger, cinnamon and cloves together. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix on top. Drizzle melted butter over mix. Spread chopped nuts over all. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Cover with foil loosely to keep from browning too soon for the first half of baking time. Cut into squares. Serve topped with Cool Whip. Very good.
