CREAM OF POTATO SOUP 
2-3 tbsp. fat
2 c. milk
2 c. diced raw potatoes
1/8 tsp. celery salt
3/4 c. boiling water
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. onion salt

Prepare white sauce using fat, flour, milk and salt. Add potatoes and seasoning to water in saucepan. Cook covered for 10-12 minutes. Drain potatoes and save liquid. Prepare potatoes, force through sieve, if preferred. Combine white sauce and potatoes with liquid. Heat to serving temperature. Serve with bread sticks and crackers.
