3/4 - 1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. cocoa (level)
1 lump butter (about 1 1/2")

Mix together, pour 1 cup boiling water in mixture and stir all the time. Let boil slow to cook the flour. Pour over cake.
