TAMALE CASSEROLE 
1 can reg. chili (no beans)
1 med. onion, chopped
2 cans kidney beans (plain)
2 cans tamales
1 c. Cheddar cheese
Corn chips

In oblong casserole, first layer: Spread regular chili with chopped onion stirred in. Next layer, kidney beans (drained). Next layer, tamales (cut each tamale into 3 pieces). Cover all with corn chips. Bake in 350 degree oven about 20 minutes; take out. Sprinkle cheese on top and a few more corn chips. Put back into oven for 10 to 15 minutes. You need cornbread or cornsticks with this dish.
