1 lb. mild sausage
1 egg
3 c. of Bisquick variety baking mix
16 oz. sharp shredded cheese

Mix bisquick, sausage and egg together, until well blended. Add the grated cheese. Roll into small balls about the size of a 50 cent piece. The sausage balls will expand as they cook. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees until golden brown. Usually 15 to 18 minutes.
