QUICK BERRY PARAFET 
1 pkg. sugar free Jello (any red flavor)
3/4 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold cranberry juice
1 1/4 c. ice cubes
1/2 c. lite Cool Whip topping

Dissolve Jello in boiling water, pour in blender. Add cranberry juice and ice cubes. Stir until partially melted. Blend 10 seconds. Add whip topping, pour into 6 clear glasses. Garnish each with 1 teaspoon topping. Chill until firm.
