COMPANY BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. frozen broccoli, or two bunches fresh broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. chopped onions
4 oz. grated cheddar cheese
2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1 stick melted butter

Cut broccoli lengthwise. Cook and drain. Arrange evenly in large shallow baking dish (or pan) that has been greased.

Mix soup, mayonnaise, vinegar, onion and cheese and pour over broccoli.

Mix crushed crackers with melted butter and top casserole.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
