HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. diced, cooked chicken
2 c. diced celery
1 c. mayonnaise (prefer Hellmann's)
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. crushed potato chips
1/2 c. grated American cheese

Combine first 5 ingredients. Turn mixture into a well greased casserole. Sprinkle first with cheese, then chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until well heated through.
