VEGETABLE SOUP 
1 1/2 lb. chuck beef
1 c. diced whole potatoes
1/4 c. bell pepper
1 pkg. vegetable mix
1 1/2 qts. water
1 tsp. pepper
1 c. diced onions
1/4 c. macaroni
1/4 c. celery
2 c. okra
2 tsp. salt
1 can tomato paste

Cook meat until tender. Add all ingredients. Stir occasionally, cook slowly for 1 hour.
