SAUERKRAUT SALAD 
1 lg. can sauerkraut
2 ribs celery
1 onion
1 green pepper
1 sm. can pimento
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1 1/2 c. sugar

Rinse sauerkraut very well with cold water. Chop celery, onion and green pepper; add remaining ingredients. Refrigerate several hours before serving. Keeps well.
