BUTTERSCOTCH BROWNIES 
1/2 c. melted butter
2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut (or white chocolate chunks, or nuts, etc.)

Mix all ingredients in a large sauce pan. Spread batter in a greased 9 x 9 pan. Bake about 25 to 30 minutes. Cut into squares or strips while warm.
