ITALIAN HAM SAUSAGE 
1 lb. pressed ham sausage
2 c. canned tomatoes
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 onions, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 c. cooked egg noodles

Brown onions in oil. Add sausage, cut in small pieces. Combine seasoning with tomato and pour over meat mixture. Add cooked noodles and heat through. Serve on hot platter garnished with 1 cup grated cheese. Serves 6.
