1 lg. head lettuce
1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
4 tomatoes, diced
1 can sliced black olives
1 lg. bottle Thousand Island dressing
1 lb. ground meat
1 pkg. taco mix
1 bag Doritos

Prepare ground meat with taco seasoning mix per directions; cool. Combine all ingredients with Doritos, crushed. Prepare just before serving.
