SHEPHERDS PIE 
Cook and mash potatoes (one for each serving). Cook carrots and onions together until just tender.

Slice small pieces of left over roast beef. Make gravy of vegetable broth and beef bouillon cube or use left over gravy. Combine vegetables and meat on bottom of casserole dish and spread mashed potatoes over this.

Bake 30 minutes at 300 degrees.

Beans or peas may be used also.
