1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

1ST LAYER:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

2ND LAYER:

1 lg. box chocolate and vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk

Blend ingredients of crust. Press into 9 1/2 inch deep pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool crust.

Mix ingredients for 1st Layer and spread on cooled pie crust. Mix pudding until smooth and pour over 1st Layer. Top with Cool Whip. Chill 3 hours.
