CELIA'S BRAZIL NUT STEAM PUDDING 
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. dried bread cubes, crushed
1 c. ground suet
1 c. chopped Brazil nuts
1 c. white raisins
1 c. dark raisins
1 c. sweet milk

Sift together sugar, flour, soda, salt, and cinnamon. Stir in bread cubes. Add rest of ingredients and put in 1 pound coffee cans, 2/3 full. Steam for 2 hours.

BUTTER SAUCE:

1/2 c. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 beaten egg
1 tbsp. vanilla

Cream butter and powdered sugar. Add beaten egg and vanilla. Cook until it strings, serve warm over pudding.
