MRS. FIELD'S CHOCOLATE CHIP
COOKIES
 
2 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 c. brown sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour
5 c. oatmeal, blended to powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
24 oz. chocolate chips
1 (8 oz.) Hershey bar, grated
3 c. chopped nuts, any kind

Cream together butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat well. Put small amounts of oatmeal at a time in blender until it turns to flour. Mix all dry ingredients, add to creamed mixture and blend thoroughly. Spoon dough in golf ball size on non-stick cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 6-10 minutes. Cookies will be soft when done. Makes 112 cookies.
