EGG CUSTARD 
5 eggs, room temperature
1 1/4 c. sifted sugar
1/4 stick butter
1 c. Carnation milk
2 c. whole milk
Nutmeg

Beat eggs until lemon colored and add sugar little at a time beating after each time. Add butter and beat well. Add milk and nutmeg. Pour in unbaked crust and bake a few minutes on high until begins to brown. Lower temperature to 250 degrees. Bake until pie still shakes some in middle. Remove from oven. It will finish cooking.
