HOMEMADE MARSHMALLOWS | |
1 lg. pkg. Jello (any flavor) 1 1/2 c. boiling water 1/2 c. corn syrup Powdered sugar Empty Jello into a bowl. Pour in boiling water and stir well. Let mixture sit in refrigerator until it begins to thicken. Next whip with a mixer until it is fluffy. Pour into 9 x 9 inch pan and let set until firm. Cut into small cubes and roll in powdered sugar. |
