EASY PIZZA DOUGH 
1 pkg. active dry yeast
1 tsp. sugar
1 c. very warm water
3 1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Sprinkle yeast and sugar into very warm water; stir to dissolve and allow to stand 10 minutes or until mixture begins to bubble.

Combine salt and flour in a large bowl; make a well in the center and pour in yeast mixture. Work in flour to form a stiff dough. Turn onto lightly floured surface. Knead and place in a lightly oiled bowl. Cover and let rise about 45 minutes. Punch down and spread on pizza pan.
