TROPICAL DESSERT WHIP 
4 egg yolks
1/2 c. sugar
4 mashed bananas
2 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. orange juice
1/2 c. shredded coconut
4 egg whites
Whipped cream

In a 2-quart bowl, beat egg yolks with 1/4 cup sugar until light. Add bananas, pineapple, orange juice and coconut. Pour into freezer pans and freeze until mushy. Beat egg whites until stiff. Add 1/4 cup sugar. Beat to meringue consistency. Fold into fruit mixture. Freeze until firm. Serve in dessert glasses topped with whipped cream.
