VANILLA COOL WHIP DESSERT 
CRUST:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. butter

LAYER 1:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

LAYER 2:

2 sm. pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
2 1/2 c. cold milk

LAYER 3:

Remaining Cool Whip
Chopped nuts

Combine crust ingredients. Pat into 9x13-inch pan and bake at 400°F for 12 minutes. Cool completely. Beat together layer 1 ingredients (cream cheese and sugar). Fold in Cool Whip and spread over crust. Prepare layer 2 and spread over layer 1. Cover with Cool Whip and nuts. Refrigerate.
