COOL WHIP DESSERT 
1 1/4 c. flour
1 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 lg. Cool Whip
2 sm. instant puddings
3 c. milk

Mix flour and butter. Press into 13 x 9 inch pan and bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool. Mix cream cheese, sugar and half cool Whip - spread in pan. Mix pudding and milk - pour in pan - cool 20 minutes. Frost with remaining Cool Whip.
