COOL WHIP DESSERT 
Crust:

1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix as pie crust and press into pan. Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool.

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 sm. Cool Whip
2 (3 oz.) boxes "instant" chocolate pudding
3 1/4 c. milk
Nuts

Soften 8 ounce package cream cheese and beat well with 1 cup powdered sugar. Add 3/4 (9 ounces) Cool Whip. Mix and put on crust. Make up 2 ( 3 oz.) boxes "instant" chocolate pudding using 3 1/4 cups milk and put on top of cream cheese layer. Put rest of Cool Whip on top and sprinkle nuts on top of that. Refrigerate.
