HADDOCK & CHEESE 
1 lb. frozen haddock
2 tbsp. butter
8 oz. sharp cheese
1 sm. onion
1/4 c. milk
2 pieces of bread

Put haddock in 9"x9" baking dish and cut into 4 pieces. On top of stove in small saucepan put butter, onions, cheese and milk. Cook slowly over low heat until cheese is melted. Remove from heat and crumble bread into cheese mixture. Pour over fish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
