HADDOCK SUPREME 
2 lbs. haddock fillets
1 can Campbell's cream of shrimp soup
10-12 Ritz crackers
1 med. sized onion
2 tbsp. butter

Place haddock fillets in bottom of 13 x 9 x 2 baking pan. Pour soup over fillets. In a separate bowl, crush crackers into fine crumbs; set aside. Melt butter in skillet; add onion and saute until tender; add to cracker crumbs and mix well.

Spread cracker mixture over soup layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
