GREEN BEANS 
1 lg. can French fried onion rings
2 cans French style green beans
2 med. onions, med. chopped
1 lg. can mushrooms
1 pkg. slivered almonds
1 can cream of mushroom soup, condensed
1 stick butter, melted

Using a 9 1/2 x 6 1/2 x 2 1/2 Pyrex baking dish, line the bottom with half the onion rings. Then drain green beans completely, trying to get all of the liquid out of the beans.

Make a layer of one can of beans, half the onions, half the mushrooms, and half the almonds. Also, lightly pepper and lightly sprinkle with garlic powder. Repeat layer procedure with remaining beans, onions, and mushrooms. Then pour melted butter over layers.

Spread mushroom soup over top to cover the entire top. Sprinkle remaining onion rings over the top of all and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until onion rings start to turn black.
