DELUXE BROWNIES 
1 c. sugar
1 cube butter
4 eggs
1 lg. can Hersheys chocolate syrup
1 c. flour
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. chopped walnuts, optional

Grease and flour 11 x 17 inch pan. Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs, one at a time. Add chocolate syrup, flour, salt and vanilla. Add nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool.

FROSTING:

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. milk
1 cube butter
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Boil sugar, milk and butter for 1 minute, stir in chocolate chips until dissolved and spread while still warm on cooled brownies.
