OVERNIGHT SALAD 
1 head iceberg lettuce
1 red onion, sliced
16 oz. pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. bacon, fried & crumbled
1 pkg. frozen peas
1 c. pepper, diced

Layer all of the ingredients and cover top with mayonnaise. Store in refrigerator overnight and mix before serving.
