CHEESE GRITS 
2 c. grits
7 or 8 c. water
Salt to taste
1 (6 oz.) pkg. garlic cheese
1 stick butter (do not substitute)
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. sharp cheese, grated

Cook grits in water for 20 minutes. Add salt, butter, eggs, garlic cheese, 1/4 teaspoon cheese. Mix or beat together. Bake in 9"x13"x2" dish, covered with foil for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Add the remaining cheese, replace the foil and cook 5 to 10 minutes more until cheese is melted. Serve hot.
