TURNIP GREENS IN SOUR CREAM 
1 pkg. frozen turnip greens
1 tbsp. onion, finely chopped
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 to 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook greens in a small amount of water with onion until greens are thawed. Drain. Add remaining ingredients. Turn into greased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
