TURNIP GREENS 
2 bunches turnip greens
2 bunches mustard greens
1/4 lb. bacon or salt pork
3-4 turnip tops
1/2 onion

Pick long stems off greens; wash good several times to remove all grit. Put bacon or salt pork into water and bring to a boil. If salt pork cook for 30 minutes, then add green and mustard green cook for 1 hour then add onion and turnip top, cut in big slices cook 1/2 hour more.
