MONKEY BREAD 
3 12 oz. pkg. of buttermilk biscuits
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. butter
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. walnuts (optional)

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease one 9x10 inch tube pan. Cut biscuits into quarters. Mix white sugar and cinnamon in plastic bag. Shake 6 06 8 biscuit pieces into the mixture. Arrange pieces in the bottom of the pan. Continue until all biscuits are coated and placed in a pan. If using nuts, arrange them in among the biscuit pieces as you go along. In a sauce pan over medium heat, melt the butter with the brown sugar and let boil for one minute. Pour over the biscuits.

Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes. Let bread cool in pan for 10 minutes and then turn out onto plate. Do not cut. The bread pulls apart.
