BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lb. sirloin steak, cut into 1/2-inch strips
1 tsp. salt
4 oz. can mushrooms, cut into pieces
3 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. flour
2 small onions, chopped fine
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. flour
1 bouillon cube, dissolved in juice of mushrooms

Roll steak in 1/4 cup flour and salt. Brown onions, garlic and mushrooms in oil for 5 minutes. Add steak and brown evenly. Remove meat, onions and mushrooms from pan. Add flour to drippings. Add bouillon and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until thick. Add sour cream and heat to simmer. Add beef and vegetables. Serve on hot cooked rice, toast or noodles, cooked or chow mein.
