BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. beef cubes, or ground beef
2 tsp. butter
1 1/2 c. water
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms & liquid
1 pkg. dry onion soup
8 oz. sour cream
2 tbsp. flour

Brown beef in butter. Add water, mushrooms and soup mix. Simmer 30 minutes or until tender. Stir flour into sour cream and add to meat mixture. Heat slowly to boiling and serve over cooked noodles on rice.
