2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
3 eggs
2 jars baby food fruit (apricots work well)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1 c. nuts (shake a little flour over them)

Pull everything except nuts in mixer and mix at one time. Mix well. Fold in nuts. Grease and flour Bundt pan. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.

GLAZE:

1 c. powdered sugar
Juice of 1 lemon

Mix well and spread on hot cake. Typist tried it - it's delicious!
