MY FUDGE SPECIAL 
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
3/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. butter
2 lg. tbsp. marshmallow fluff
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. walnuts

Combine sugar, milk and butter in fairly large pan and cook (stirring most of the time so it won't catch on bottom), until it reaches 250 degrees or forms medium hard ball when dropped in cold water. Remove from heat, add vanilla and briskly stir in the marshmallow fluff until it begins to thicken, add the nuts and pour in a 9 x 9 square greased pan. After it cools a little cut in small squares.

This may be cooked in microwave. After mixing ingredients start with 4 minutes, then stir, then 3 minutes check temperature, stir and another 3 or 4 minutes until it reaches the 250 degrees, then proceed as above.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
