Nilla wafers (I use 2 boxes because of broken cookies)
Keebler Grasshopper cookies (1 pkg.)
1 container vanilla frosting
Coconut
Sesame seeds
1 egg white

Before assembling, tint coconut green to look like lettuce. Also, tint frosting to look like ketchup and mustard (or cheese).

To assemble, take one Nilla wafer and frost top with the ketchup frosting. Press on one Grasshopper cookie. Frost grasshopper cookie with mustard/cheese frosting. Sprinkle tinted coconut on frosting and lightly press. Frost the bottom of another Nilla wafer very lightly and press onto the top of coconut. You will be able to make approximately 30 burger cookies from one package of Grasshopper cookies. After assembling all of your burger cookies, apply a light coat of egg white to top of burger cookie and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Allow to dry. Serve on tray for best effect.
