EGG RICH PIE CRUST 
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. shortening
2 egg yolks, mixed with ice water
Add enough water to make 1 c.

Mix flour, sugar and salt in mixing bowl. Add shortening. Use pastry blender or two knives to cut shortening into flour mixture, to be like coarse cornmeal. Mix egg yolks and ice water; stir and mix good. Then mix in flour mixture until it forms in balls. Place a ball of dough on wax paper or pastry board. Roll out to any size. Bake 12 minutes at 475 degrees. This is a crisp crust. Makes 2 pie crusts.
