1 box milk chocolate cake mix
2 eggs
1 (3 oz.) box instant vanilla or chocolate pudding
1 1/4 cups water
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Mix thoroughly with fork in 13x9-inch pan. Add chocolate chips and nuts. Stir and smooth in pan.

Bake at 350°F until top springs back when touched, about 45 minutes. Cool; cover and leave in pan. Serve plain cut into squares. Keeps well.
