CURRIED CHICKEN SALAD 
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. curry powder
2 c. chicken, cooked & diced
1/2 c. water chestnuts
1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced
1 scallion, chopped

In a large bowl mix sour cream, mayonnaise, prepared mustard and curry powder. Mix thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper. Add chicken, water chestnuts, mushrooms and scallions. Mix until well coated. Refrigerate. Serves 2 to 4 persons.
