PASTA SALAD 
1 pkg. vegetable pasta noodles, or any noodles
1 tomato, chunked
1 sm. lg. onion, diced
1 can red kidney beans, drained
1 can sliced or fresh mushrooms
1 bottles of light dressing, any flavor - ranch, oil, vinegar
1 can sliced black and/or green olives
1 green or red pepper, diced
1 can water chestnuts, sliced

Cook noodles per package. When done, rinse in cold water until noodles are cool. Add all ingredients above. Add dressing; save a little dressing for later. Mix well. The dressing saved can be used if needed before serving if pasta seems dry.
