OVERNIGHT SAUSAGE SOUFFLE | |
1 lb. sausage 6 slices bread, cubed 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1 1/2 c. milk 4 eggs 1/4 tsp. salt Day before serving, fry sausage, drain. Layer bread, sausage and cheese in ungreased oblong casserole. Mix together milk, eggs and salt. Pour over layers in casserole. Cover and refrigerate. Next day, bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve hot. 6 servings. Note: If placed in deep casserole middle will not get done. |
