LEMON DELIGHT 
2 c. flour
1 c. softened butter
3/4 c. crushed walnuts
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
12 oz. container Cool Whip
2 pkgs. lemon instant pudding
3 c. milk
1/2 c. crushed nuts

Mix together flour, butter and 3/4 cup of walnuts. Pat in a 9x13x2 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Cool completely.

Mix together cream cheese and sugar. Fold in 1/2 of Cool Whip. Spread on top of cooled crust.

Beat together until smooth instant pudding and milk. Spread on top of cheese mixture. Top with rest of Cool Whip and sprinkle with 1/2 cup crushed nuts. Put in refrigerator until set or overnight.
