3 lg. baked potatoes, cut lengthwise in quarters Salt, pepper, paprika or Italian seasoning 3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese 3 tbsp. butter Butter-flavored nonstick cooking spray Spray cooking sheet with cooking spray. Arrange potatoes, skin side down. Spray the potatoes with cooking spray and dot with butter and spices. Evenly distribute cheese over potatoes. Broil until cheese browns. Serve immediately. Serves 6. 1/2 potato = 117 calories. |
