POTATOES ANNA 
2 sm. potatoes, peeled & thinly sliced
2 tbsp. chopped green onion
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
Salt & pepper
4 tsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. evaporated skim milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat 10 inch pie plate with nonstick spray. Arrange slices in overlapping layers. Sprinkle with onion and parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Pour butter over potatoes. Pour milk over all. Cover. Bake 40 minutes. Remove cover and bake 15-20 minutes longer until potatoes are tender and golden.
