CORN BREAD SALAD 
Bake one package of Mexican Cornbread Mix according to directions, but use buttermilk instead of water or milk. In separate pan bake one package of regular Cornbread Mix. Cut, or crumble these into bite-sized pieces into a large bowl.

1 lg. green (or red) bell pepper, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 or 3 tomatoes (to your taste), chopped
3 lg. stems of celery, finely chopped
6-8 red radishes, thin sliced
1 pt. mayonnaise (MUST BE HELLMANN'S)

Stir well.

Suggestion: Add 1/4 teaspoon cayenne powder to Mexican Cornbread Mix for spicier taste. 4 finely chopped green onions will also add spice.
