FRUIT PIZZA 
1 pkg. refrigerated sugar cookie dough
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Assorted fruit (bananas, grapes, strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, melon, kiwi, etc.)
1/2 c. orange marmalade
2 tbsp. water

Freeze dough 1 hour. Slice into 1/8" slices. Line pizza pan with foil. Cover pan with cookie slices, overlapping edges. Bake at 375 degrees 12 minutes. Cool. Invert onto serving plate; carefully remove foil. Turn right side up.

Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla, mixing well. Spread over crust. Arrange fruit over filling. Combine marmalade and water and drizzle over fruit. Chill. Cut into wedges and serve.
